How to move just the arms and legs in Blender?

I downloaded a blender model of a human, and I’m trying to make a little scene, but I can’t figure out how to just move the persons arm or legs… please help!

first, where did you find the model. and second, if it is rigged and has bones you can click on one then press “r” “g” or “s” to “r”otate “g”rab or “s”cale the bone. then click again to keep the change to the bone.
