The sealing ring to my kitchenaid 5 speed ultra blender is stuck to the blender how can i take it off?
the black rubber part at the bottom of the blender
The above answers are correct, hot water will do it. However, I would not use a blade or any sharp object on it. Remember, by taking your time to soak it (which is the key), you’ve made the rubber seal very soft and pliable. You risk nicking & damaging it in a way you may not even notice at first. This will shorten your seals lifespan, and then you’ll end up having to find a replacement part.
Good luck!
